Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 22, 2025

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all wedding photography and videography services provided by Bliss Wedding Shots.
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the mutually agreed schedule.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All copyrights to the photographs and videos remain the property of Bliss Wedding Shots.

  • Clients are granted rights to use the delivered images and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Any commercial use requires prior written consent from Bliss Wedding Shots.

  • Promotional Use: Client photos/videos may be featured in Bliss Wedding Shots’ marketing or portfolio only with the client’s prior approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide full cooperation and ensure punctuality during events.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to secure necessary permissions (e.g., venue access, drone usage, etc.).

5. Liability

  • Bliss Wedding Shots is not liable for events beyond its control (such as weather conditions, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances).

  • In any case, Bliss Wedding Shots’ maximum liability will not exceed the total service fees paid by the client.

6. Editing & Delivery

  • Standard editing and color correction are included in the package.

  • Delivery timelines are as follows:

    • Preview images: within 7–10 days

    • Final photographs: within 30 days

    • Albums/Videos: within 45–60 days (from the date of client’s selection)

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the legal jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
