Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2025

1. Booking & Payment

  • An advance payment is required to confirm your booking with Bliss Wedding Shots.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable, except in cases where Bliss Wedding Shots is unable to provide the agreed services.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations:

    • 30 days or more before the event: 50% refund of the total fee (excluding the advance).

    • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

  • Company Cancellations:

    • In the unlikely event that Bliss Wedding Shots cancels, a full refund including the advance will be issued.

3. Postponement

  • Postponements are subject to availability and require at least 15 days’ prior notice.

  • Any changes in event date or venue may result in additional charges.

4. Digital Deliverables

  • Once delivered, photos and videos are non-refundable.

  • If a technical issue arises from our side, Bliss Wedding Shots will either provide necessary corrections or offer a partial refund, as applicable.
